The Power of Positivity through music!

LINE SPIKE FRONTENAC is what we see as a 'Power of Positivity' musical harvest...its' intent is to feed live music into all of our souls and help us grow together. Unlike other musical events - this has specifically been designed from a financial aspect, to take significant corporate profits and put them DIRECTLY back into the local school system, local charities, foodbank and more, all while helping bolster the economy.

Our country was formed and connected large in part to multiple railways shortening the distance between city centres. In 1856, the Grand Trunk Railway opened connecting the growing centres of York (Toronto) and Bywards (Ottawa) - We now celebrate those same connections using music as the single connecting point between us.

Line Spike Frontenac is an agricultural movement of music. We are all the seed and music is the water that will help us grow together.

PARKING & SHUTTLES

PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED! When On-site Parking is sold to capacity, you will be automatically assigned a parking spot at one of our distant parking zones. Free shuttle bus service will be given to you. Parking Pass must be displayed upon entry to your parking area. Event Pass must be presented to gain access to the free shuttle bus. We are making every best effort to ease congestion across the region. Carpool with your family and friends. If you live within the region, consider alternate methods of travel to the venue. Help us to make this event a success that can return and benefit the entire region.

While all of our parking lots will have on-site Security Officers, we have decided not to publish the locations of these lots for your own security. With the rash of blatant vehicle thefts in Ontario over the last number of years - we are taking all precautions to ensure you do not fall victim to car theft. Corporate Responsibility

LINE SPIKE FRONTENAC was stemed from a seed that was planted in the winter of 2023-2024. After spending three-decades in the Entertainment Industry, it's founder returned home to Frontenac County and quickly realized that many problems facing larger cities existed in smaller form back here - without the propoer resources for assistance.

Our financial model was built since inception to raise money for organizations that have front-line impact in our community. Our 'Pillars of Success' are based on 'Service' - in essence, helping others... and maybe by helping - we can bring more happiness.

SYDENHAM HIGH SCHOOL

This entire project started as an initiative to raise the money to build a recording studio for students of Sydenham High School. X-Ray MacRae who passed in 2023 was the owner of the Legendary Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto, Ontario. A former SHS Student himself, he is largely attributed to allowing many great Canadian musicians their first big-city gig - including The Tragically Hip, Amanda Marshall and The Trews. Partial profits from Line Spike Frontenac will be going towards not just a recording studio - but towards Arts Scholarships for students in the Innovative Arts program at the school.

NEW LEAF LINK (NeLL)

Many people suffer mobiliity issues throughout our region. We are working with the great people at New Leaf Link to help bring additional funding which will help bridge the challenges these people face on a daily basis. In addition, we will be investing in Mobility Friendly Infrastructure for live events which can be used across the County - ensuring people with a mobility disadvantage have the ability to participate in great events

SOUTH FRONTENAC COMMUNITY SERVICES

Southern Frontenac Community Services is a regional NGO which provides many social services to people in the region - mainly, they manage the regional foodbank. We need to come together to help those who have less. SFCS is a very important organization we have chosen to help fund.

RURAL FRONTENAC COMMUNITY SERVICES

The Mission of Rural Frontenac Community Services is to provide opportunities that will enhance the well-being and self-sufficiency of all community members. Rural Frontenac Community Services is a registered charitable organization that is governed by a Board of Directors and has served the community for over 40 years. Rural Frontenac Community Services is located in Central Frontenac Township in the Country of Frontenac, north of Kingston. We are a community hub delivering a wide range of social services to both adults and children throughout the county.
